What To Expect
This process can take up to 24 months in today’s market.

Sign Franchise Agreement

Site Selection

Work with our real estate team to find a site.

Sign Lease

Work with a local lawyer for lease review before signing.

Architecture & Design

Begin this process with our design and
architecture team for permitting with your city.

Construction

Work with a local General Contractor who will work
hand in hand with our Design and Architecture team.

Alcohol Permits

Work with a local Alcohol lawyer for beer, wine and liquor permits.

Training

Training will be required for owner and manager(s) prior to opening,
as well as for the entire team the week of Grand Opening.

Certificate of Occupancy

On site training will begin once a CO or TCO are close or in hand.
Grand Opening date will be set.

We will assist with referring a local commercial broker and provide a lot of input for what the best locations are for Hoppin’. Our brokers will assist with lease reviews free of charge.

Designing The Perfect Space

You will be working with our architect and design team.

Our Director of Marketing and marketing team have multiple phases prior to opening that we will share with all franchisees.
