Fort Worth’s Artsy Foundry District Gains Two New Bars — Beer and Wine With Self-Pour Convenience
Fort Worth’s Foundry District, known for its art and revitalization of old warehouses, is welcoming two new self-serve bars: Salute Wine Bar and Hoppin’, which will enhance the area’s vibrant atmosphere.
Salute Wine Bar, opening January 26, will feature 42 self-serve wines from around the world, including lesser-known regions like Greece and Bulgaria. Owners John and Jill Lopez, who have long envisioned this concept, will also serve food like flatbreads, salads, and charcuterie. Exclusive wine-tasting events will be held regularly, and a patio will be updated for spring.
Hoppin’, arriving later this year, brings a self-serve beer taproom concept from North Carolina. Guests will use wristbands to pour their own drinks, minimizing lines and waste. The taproom will also offer cocktails, non-alcoholic options, and plans for a food partner. Both venues will add to the District’s growing social scene.
