Fort Worth-born Holly Brittner Returns to Cowtown
Hoppin’ is set to open its first Texas location in Fort Worth’s Foundry District on August 24. Originally started in Charlotte, NC, in 2017, Hoppin’ offers a self-pour taproom concept, allowing customers to serve themselves from 58 beer taps, reducing wait times and creating a more relaxed environment. Owned by Michael and Holly Brittner, who fell in love with the concept while living in Charlotte, the couple chose Fort Worth’s Foundry District for its community vibe and potential.
Hoppin’ Fort Worth will feature a variety of locally brewed and international beers, alongside seltzers, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic options. Partnering with Maple Branch Brewery, they’ll also offer pizza, and food trucks will be available on weekends. The grand opening on August 24 will include live music and food from Gordo’s Mexican Cocina food truck.
Hoppin’ joins other new and existing businesses in the Foundry District, continuing the area’s growth as a vibrant community hub.
